Private Personal Training
$100
This is your time, your plan, your progress. Our 60-minute private sessions are fully customized and take place in the Hew Wellness gym—designed for distraction-free focus and real results. Each session blends strength training, functional movement, targeted stretching, and a dose of heart-pumping cardio to build a strong, balanced body.
Whether you’re just getting started or looking to break through a plateau, we’ll create a progressive, personalized plan that evolves with you week by week. Most clients train once or twice a week to stay consistent, accountable, and on track toward their goals.
Semi-Private/Group Personal Training
$60/each
Experience the best of both worlds—personalized attention and the motivation of a small group. Our semi-private training sessions are limited to just 2–3 clients, allowing you to get tailored coaching and progress at your own pace, while still enjoying the energy and support of others.
Whether you're working toward strength, mobility, or overall wellness, every session is designed to challenge you, support you, and keep you accountable. Each session custom contains a similar workout structure but weights and personal considerations will be accounted for.

Virtual Personal Training Session
$100
Train from anywhere—with real-time coaching and real results. In this 60-minute virtual session, you'll connect one-on-one with your trainer live from the Hew Wellness gym. Using video chat, we’ll guide you through a customized workout tailored to your space, equipment, and goals—whether you're in your home gym, living room, or traveling.
Each session combines strength work, mobility, and cardio elements, with personalized feedback and form corrections throughout. With a progressive plan built around your life, you’ll stay consistent, accountable, and strong—no matter where you are.
Golf Strong Session
$150
Build a better game from the ground up. This 60-minute session is dedicated to golf-specific training focused on strength, mobility, and rotational power—key elements for a more efficient, consistent swing. Each workout is customized to support your body and your swing mechanics, whether you're looking to increase drive distance or stay pain-free through 18 holes. Want to hit a few balls before or after? Our in-house golf simulator is available for optional swing work.

Custom Nutrition Plan
$250
Fuel your strength with a plan made just for you. This 10-week program goes beyond generic advice to give you a fully customized nutrition strategy designed to support your training, energy, and lifestyle.
You'll receive a personalized macro guide based on your goals, plus recipe ideas and meal inspiration that make hitting your targets simple and sustainable. Throughout the program, you’ll also get 4 video check-ins—15-minute messages recorded just for you in response to your questions, challenges, or progress updates sent via email. It’s support that’s flexible, personal, and designed to keep you moving forward with confidence.
10-Week At-Home Training Program
$200
Strong starts here—wherever you are. This self-paced, 10-week program is designed to help you build total-body strength, confidence, and consistency from the comfort of home. Whether you're just getting started or looking to level up your current routine, each workout is structured for real results, with minimal equipment and maximum impact.
You'll get instant access to our easy-to-use training app, complete with demo videos, guided progressions, and built-in tracking tools so you can monitor your reps, weights, and weekly gains. Move on your schedule, track your progress, and see just how strong you can get in 10 weeks.
